'If Congress leaders can sell their party tickets, they can compromise with city development too': Tandon

Chandigarh, December 7, 2016:  Sanjay Tandon, Chandigarh State BJP President today said if Congress leaders were selling their own tickets, wont they compromise with development of city.

He was reacting to the leaders of the Manish Tewari camp of the Congress, Chandermukhi Sharma and Principal Gurbachan Singh, writing to the party president Sonia Gandhi to probe into the allegations against former MP Pawan Kumar Bansal and Chandigarh unit Congress President, Pardeep Chhabra of alleged fraud of Rs 50 lakh and sale of Congress tickets for the MC poll.

Tandon said in MC elections this time the contest was between Congress scamsters and development done by the BJP. He said Congress leaders have been exposed and if they were selling their own tickets, they will play with th
e sentiments of the people of Chandigarh.
